        有心理问题要去寻求心理医生的帮助,这已是多数人的共识。但被心理障碍困扰着的人们,在就诊的过程中应特别注意避免一些认识上的误区。

        有些朋友四处奔波,一心恳求名医指点,却未能专注地进行认真、系统的咨询和治疗。一些求治者表示,自己有强烈的求治动机,已经跑过几个城市的大医院,并千方百计拜访心理学界的权威人士,但症状改善并不明显。当医生询问“名医”的治疗要点时,求治者却说不出更详细的内容。这种“蜻蜓点水”式的求医方法不可能使医患双方深入地认识心理症结,咨询者也缺乏理解、吸收和实践的过程。

When doctors ask "famous doctors" about the treatment points, those seeking treatment can't give more details. This kind of "skimming the water" seeking medical treatment method can't make both doctors and patients deeply understand the psychological crux, and consultants also lack the process of understanding, absorbing and practicing.


        寻医也同购物一样可以“货比三家”,特别是心理医生开的“药方”合不合“口味”,需要经过选择和试验。当你最终选择好一位适合你的医生时,最重要的就是静下心来配合医生去做该做的一切。有些朋友虽然也懂得“病去如抽丝”,却不能接受循序渐进的心理治疗过程,渴望“速战速决”。然而期望值过高,“求胜”心切,会妨碍其对消除心理问题所采用方法的关注。缺乏韧性和耐心在心理治疗上都是不容易收到成效的。有的朋友咨询时只顾诉说被各种症状困扰的痛苦,而无法专注地与心理医生进行交流。他们谈起症状滔滔不绝,不厌其烦地描述着自己的种种苦闷,在医生进行分析指导时,注意力却不能集中,也不能随之深入,不能思考治疗者的提示,缺乏“呼应感”。这类病人太过强调自我的感受,无法深入下去接受治疗,又怎么能产生应有的效果呢?

However, high expectations and eagerness to win will hinder their attention to the methods used to eliminate psychological problems. Lack of resilience and patience is not easy to get results in psychotherapy. Some friends only talk about the pain caused by various symptoms when consulting, but can't concentrate on communicating with psychologists. They talk about the symptoms incessantly, and describe their anguish tirelessly. When doctors give analysis and guidance, they can't pay attention, and they can't go deep with it. They can't think about the tips of the healers, and they lack a sense of "echo". This kind of patients put too much emphasis on their own feelings and can't go deep into treatment. How can they produce the desired effect?


        心理疾患往往是长久积蓄而成的,治疗起来不仅需要时间,更需要咨询者自身付出努力。在进行心理帮助的过程中,心理医生除了通过面谈澄清问题、明确改变的方法之外,还需要给求治者布置一定量的“作业”,通过他某些行为的变化,来减轻当事人的症状或一些不切实际的感受。这些“作业”也称为训练,是心理治疗过程中的重要内容。如果只是频繁求治,回去后却不注重训练,“作业”记录简单潦草,收效不大也就可想而知了。

      Psychological diseases are often accumulated over a long period of time. It takes not only time to treat them, but also the efforts of the consultants themselves. In the process of psychological assistance, besides clarifying problems and changing methods through face-to-face interviews, the psychologist also needs to assign a certain amount of "homework" to the person seeking treatment, so as to relieve the symptoms or unrealistic feelings of the parties through some changes of his behavior. These "assignments", also known as training, are important contents in the process of psychotherapy. If you only seek treatment frequently, but don't pay attention to training after you go back, the "homework" record is simple and scrawled, and the effect is not great.


        和很多疾病的治愈过程相同,心理障碍的去除也有一个巩固疗效的过程。有些求治者的问题经过医患双方的努力初见成效,大家都很惊喜。但许多心理问题的形成过程与当事人的性格基础关系密切,故症状时而浮现、时而隐蔽是经常的事。初见效果之后仍需要总结经验,力求身心恢复得更好、更稳定,切忌一有不适就忙着找心理医生,稍有好转就以为“大功告成”而中断治疗。

Some patients' problems have achieved initial results through the efforts of both doctors and patients, and everyone is surprised. However, the formation process of many psychological problems is closely related to the personality foundation of the parties, so it is common for symptoms to sometimes emerge and sometimes hide. After the initial effect, we still need to sum up our experience, and strive for better and more stable physical and mental recovery. We should not be too busy looking for a psychologist when we feel unwell, and stop treatment because we think that we are "home and dry" after a slight improvement.
