“春晖行动”是春风网（心理创伤援助公益平台）与深圳市残友社工服务社联合开展的公益项目，旨在为残疾人士提供婚恋、健康、社交、工作等方面的心理支持。启动半年已提供心理服务数十人次。作为咨询师，如何让咨询效果更好？如何解决咨询中遇到的难题？在大家的强烈要求下，隋双戈博士在10月30日晚为春晖行动项目提供了第二次督导、培训。

"Spring Sunlight Program" is a public welfare project jointly carried out by Spring Breeze (a public welfare platform for trauma assistance) and Shenzhen Disabled Friends Social Work Service, aiming to provide psychological support for people with disabilities in the areas of marriage, health, social life and work. Dozens of psychological services have been provided within six months of its launch. As counsellors, how to make counselling more effective? How to solve the difficulties they encountered in counselling? At the strong request of the group, Dr. Sui Shuangge provided a second supervision and training for the Spring Sunlight Program on the evening of 30 October.

行动组成员等春风网志愿者在一天的忙碌工作后，仍然能准时赶到督导地点。到场的志愿者有:海娇、阳芳、Lina、文霞、静、麦兜、丽杰、保东、扬道等。隋博士首先带领大家欢迎新成员的加入，然后由每位成员做自我介绍，让大家相互熟悉，现场的氛围显得温和轻松。

Members of the Action Team and other Spring Breeze volunteers were able to arrive on time for the supervision after a busy day of work. The volunteers present were: Haijiao, Yangfang, Lina, Wenxia, Jing, McDull, Lijie, Baodong and Yangdao. Dr. Sui first led the group to welcome the new members and then each member introduced themselves so that everyone could get acquainted with each other and the atmosphere was gentle and relaxing.

督导伊始，隋博士诠释了“督导”一词的含义。春晖行动项目负责人Lina概述了项目进展后，和骨干成员阳芳分别以隐去来访者个人隐私信息（可识别身份的信息）的形式报告了自己所接触的个案及面临的问题。大家一起参与探索与讨论，带着诸多疑问和不解，我们看到个案影响到个人，影响自我发展，影响工作，影响家庭等；隋博士在对进行个案的督导的过程中，让大家多元化地看到每个人的差异性，感受到个案存在和价值意义，让我们感触到每个人都是面对生命的专家和主人。

At the beginning of the supervision, Dr. Sui explained the meaning of the word "supervision". After outlining the progress of the project, Lina, the project leader of Spring Sunlight Program, and Yang Fang, a key member of the team, reported on the cases they had worked with and the problems they faced with the visitor's personal information (identifiable information) withheld. We all participated in the exploration and discussion together with many questions and unanswered questions. We saw that the cases affected the individuals, their self-development, their work, their families, etc. In the process of supervising the cases, Dr. Sui let us see the differences of each individual in a diversified way, and feel the meaning of the existence and value of the cases, making us feel that each person is an expert and master in facing life.

整个督导过程，大家受益匪浅，纷纷分享了自己的心得和感受。时间过得真快，已经是晚上九点多了，应大家的要求，隋博士带我们进行了“安全地”的体验，一直持续到晚十点。安宁、详和的夜晚，我们再次体验了奇妙的安全地的力量。大家对督导、培训兴趣相当高，但因为时间原因，只能期待下次了。

The whole supervision process was very beneficial and everyone shared their insights and feelings. Time passed quickly. It was already more than 9 p.m. At the group’s request, Dr. Sui took us through the "safe" experience until 10 p.m. It was a peaceful, quiet evening and we once again experienced the wonderful power of the Safe Place. The interest in supervision and training was quite high, but due to time constraints, we have to look forward to next time.
